We were all shocked to hear that two five-story buildings collapsed on Park Avenue in Harlem at 9:30 a.m. today following an explosion and raging fire.
Hundreds of firefighters were called to battle the blaze. Earlyreports show at least two fatality and 22 injuries. Debris from the explosion landed on train tracks for the Metro-North line, causing service to be
suspended. We want to extend our sympathies to all involved and their families.
